Lou and Peggy Schneider are members of LBC and the founders of Encouragement and Discipleship Incorporated. Lou's passion is to encourage and disciple ministries and individuals overseas and in the U.S. He accomplishes this through teaching, preaching, and counseling nationals, missionaries, and church workers, and also through special building projects.
