The Master's Seminary

The Master's Seminary exists to advance the kingdom of the Lord Jesus Christ by equipping godly men to be pastors and/or trainers of pastors for excellence in service to Christ in strategic fields of Christian ministry.

This is to be accomplished through an educational program and an environment of spiritual fellowship and relationships which emphasize unreserved commitment to the worship of God, submission to the authority of Scripture, a life of personal holiness, the priority of the local church, and the mission of penetrating the world with the Truth.

The Master's College

The mission of The Master's College is to empower students for a life of enduring commitment to Christ, biblical fidelity, moral integrity, intellectual growth and lasting contribution to the Kingdom of God.

Grace To You

Recognizing that the Bible is the very Word of the Living God to man, and understanding the priority of knowing and obeying its truths, Grace to You is committed to teaching Scripture with diligence and authority.

Thus, the central ministry of Grace to You is the continuous imparting of biblical truth to the people of God that they may become equipped to do the work of the ministry.

9Marks

The mind-boggling flood of recent literature and conferences acclaiming innovative ministry methods has sent many churches reeling with methodological vertigo. Pastors get spun from one model to another in search of a meta-method that ties it all together and enables them to see “success” in doing God’s work. The Aqua-Church, The Alpha Course, Mosaic, FAITH, The Emerging Church – how do you sort through all the alternatives without becoming hopelessly disoriented? How do you evaluate them? How do you know which one is right for the local church in which you serve? And once you settle on implementing one, what are the criteria for “success”? Increased numbers? Indicated decisions? Emotional intensity? A well-funded diversity of programs? How can we navigate the method maze?

9Marks wants to help local churches re-establish their biblical bearings and re-think their ministry methods. We exist to help local church pastors and leaders in the discovery and application of the biblical priorities that cultivate health and holiness in the local church. Kick around below and to the right to learn more about the people of 9Marks, how they understand the problems confronting the church today, and the solutions they propose.

Pulpit Magazine

Pulpit Magazine began in 2003 as the online magazine of the Shepherds’ Fellowship, a ministry to church leaders who are committed to the purity of the Gospel, the inerrancy of Scripture, and a biblical philosophy of ministry. Initially Pulpit was only published six times a year. Each edition focused on key ministry issues and contemporary evangelical happenings, examining them through the grid of Scripture. The goal was to give pastors and church leaders the information they needed in a way that was both cutting edge and intensely biblical.

That goal remains the same today, even though our format has changed.

Instead of just limiting Pulpit Magazine to pastors, we now want to make the contents of Pulpit accessible to everyone. And, instead of posting a group of articles every eight weeks, we now plan to post one new article every weekday. We also hope that our readers (meaning you) will interact with the articles, and that profitable discussions will result from what is written.

The goal of fellowship is mutual encouragement for the glory of Christ. To that end, through our articles, we seek to “proclaim Him, admonishing every man and teaching every man with all wisdom, so that we may present every man complete in Christ. For this purpose also [we] labor, striving according to His power, which mightily works within [all who are truly His]” (Col. 1:28-29).

Monergism

Monergism.com is an Internet based ministry with the following goals:

1) To equip Christians in the truth by making available the finest classic articles and resources of historical orthodoxy. This is done in the hope that the church will embrace, and recover the true Biblical doctrines of the historic faith.

2) To encourage the church to always be reforming its thoughts in order to be more God-honoring & consistent with the Word of God. To teach the whole counsel of God and not just aspects we feel comfortable with, that the Gospel would affect and transform all areas of our life. To stress important doctrines that have been lost or set aside in the belief that it will help us in one of the most urgent tasks facing evangelicals today - the recovery of the gospel.

3) Bring glory and honor to God by stressing that the Scriptures are a divine Self-disclosure that is Christ-centered, not man-centered and that the work of salvation is a monergistic work of grace; that, prior to grace, man remains hostile, passive, unable and unwilling to turn to Christ until regenerated by the Holy Spirit. That salvation is not based on the fact that God knew which persons would believe of their own natural free will, for there is no person which fits that description (1 Cor 2:14; Rom 3:11; Rom 8:7; John 1:13; Rom 9:16,18;John 10:26). The decision was based in eternity upon God's sovereign good pleasure alone (Eph 1:4-6; 2 Tim 1:9, Titus 1:2) and enacted in time through the redemptive work of Christ and applied to the elect by the Holy Spirit on those He redemptively set His affection on. Affirming these doctrines did not come through philosophical or confessional routes but through the route of biblical exegesis.

To proclaim the truths of Scripture as reiterated in the 16th century Reformation that salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone, as revealed in the Scripture alone to the glory of God alone.
