COVID-19: A Merciful Warning

We can only speculate as to God’s specific plans & purposes for causing an earthquake or tornado or fire or flood to hit a particular city or region or for an infectious disease to spread throughout the entire world.
But we don’t have to speculate as to God’s general purpose for these kinds of tragic events, specifically the coronavirus. Based on Jesus’ words in this text, COVID-19 is a merciful warning to all mankind and a world-wide call to repentance.
