One of the most basic characteristics of a follower of Christ is a grateful attitude. As Christians, we don’t need a special holiday to express our gratitude to God and others. It is something we should be in the habit of doing all day every day; and for everything. That’s the point of this verse which is perhaps the most familiar verse in the New Testament about how believers are to be thankful at all times and for all things. It can be outlined using four questions that will help cultivate a thankful attitude in all our lives.
