Your Blessed Life Now

Blessing! It’s something we all want. We all pray for blessing. We all pray for blessing for others. We usually have a pretty good idea in our minds of what we think blessing looks like. If we were to poll each other there would be a lot of overlap about what a list of blessings would be. The list would probably include things like peace, comfort, health, prosperity, protection and so forth. These are all good things, and they are certainly blessings we should thank God for, pray for, and be thankful for. However, today let’s look at Psalm 84 and see who God says is blessed. Psalm 84 gives us another perspective on what makes a person blessed. God’s list looks a little different than the one I think we often use. This psalm breaks down well into 3 sections based off 3 declarations God makes about who is blessed.
