Based on the example of David’s mighty men whose names and exploits are memorialized in 1 Chronicles 11-12, the goal of this leadership training program is to provide a purposeful process for preparing and producing godly, gifted men who are faithfully and fervently committed to Christ and His Church and qualified and skilled to effectively serve Him as leaders within the local church. This intensive discipleship program combines individual study, bi-weekly class instruction in the areas of Bible survey, systematic theology, church history, preaching/teaching, counseling/discipling, and other areas of practical ministry along with regular one-on-one mentoring by an LBC Pastor/Elder.
