"Older women... encourage the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, to be sensible, pure, workers at home, kind, being subject to their own husbands, so that the word of God will not be dishonored." Titus 2:3-5
The women at LBC are eager to help each other honor God by joyfully fulfilling their vital role in the home and in the church. A Bi-Weekly Bible study offered during the school year, coupled with annual retreats, and other special events provide women with great opportunities for fellowship, service, and spiritual growth

Growing Together In Christ - Living transparently walking heart to heart and hand in hand.
The goal of our Wise Up sessions is to encourage, equip and teach women how to practically live out what is good according to sound doctrine (Titus 2). We want to build relationships with one another, promoting and strengthening our desire to live holy lives that honor God. Jesus is the source of all wisdom and knowledge and He has called women to disciple other women to grow in Christ. During our time together, we will be addressing issues women encounter in their daily lives. You will also have the opportunity to hear testimonies and to ask questions to a panel of women.
Mark your calendars for Saturday, November 3, January 12, and March 2 and take advantage of these unique opportunities. All three Saturdays will be from 9:00am-11:00am and a light breakfast will be available.
November 3: Getting To The Heart Of Hospitality
January 12 Getting To The Heart Of Soul Care
March 2: Getting To The Heart Of Our Identity In Christ
The Women of Excellence (WOE) will be holding their annual Christmas Brunch on Saturday, December 1 to come together for fellowship and a special meal while reflecting on the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ. If you are purchasing for 3 or more ladies, or buying a whole table, call the church office for a group discount.
Registration will be available in November.
